Stories are the most influential force in the world. They’re responsible for toppling governments, transforming culture, and exploring remote corners of our universe. They formulate belief, inspire action, and redirect our world.

“Collective” is more than a name. It’s essential to how we work. We team up with passionate people and challenge them to think big, innovate, and lead.
You can’t lead without listening first, so we bring people and ideas together. We speak up and show up. We consider ourselves an “open source” shop that shares best practices, opportunities, triumphs, and struggles. We give interns the opportunity to develop and own the linchpin epiphany.
Our business is built to go deep with a handful of partners over many years. From CMO-level guidance to top-notch creative, we help brands strategize, sophisticate, and accelerate intelligently. Our ongoing retainer model allows us to develop or re-energize your brand and serve as a dedicated extension of your team for the long haul.
Bonfire Gives Back
We’re building a world where our planet is cared for and our people are solutions-oriented. Giving back is not a platitude or marketing gimmick — it’s part of how we actually work inside and outside the office. The Bonfire team volunteers and works with numerous nonprofit organizations in outdoor recreation, conservation, and the environment. And since 2017 we have paid homage to them (quite literally) as a 1% for the Planet Member Business.
HOW WE GIVE
Bonfire Collective has contributed more than $15,000 to the following nonprofit organizations, who are doing important work for Earth and our communities.
Purpose: To protect, restore, and expand the National Conservation Lands through education, advocacy, and partnerships.
Purpose: Partnering with marginalized communities to expand equitable solar energy access.
Purpose: Helping passionate outdoor people protect the land they love by promoting non-partisan policies designed to protect our world.
Purpose: To inspire and empower people to protect America’s wild snowscapes.
HOW WE VOLUNTEER
Perhaps more importantly, our team volunteers time to serve organizations who are making a difference. Every year, Bonfire pays every employee to do a full week of pro bono charity work, from building trails to executing marketing audits.
